New Synopsis project

Dear colleagues,

as we had proposed in Ragusa, I introduce you the project for the new "Synopsis."

We now ask every the Vice presidents to organize the harvest, relatively to his own country, of the data, crops second the scheme that follows, paying particular attention to the most innovative parts: the projects and the telematic trial. As the job is destined to exclusively be published in digital version, it would be interesting then if the relationships were compiled in ipertestual language. They can also collaborate colleagues of the countries that don't have, currently, a representation in the E.U.R.

The scheme, in comparison to the preceding synopsis, it is ampler because it wants to understand all the phenomenons in action in the European countries. A part is reserved to the changes in the processes of governance, to give space to the new experiences of organization that being go born in various countries. Another, important, part is reserved, with a look to the myth of the telematic trial, to the experiences of technological innovation of the various European countries.

The country

The constitution and the organization of the government power

The judicial organization: the state and the evolution in the government of the resources: the organs of judges self-government, the agencies, the decentralization, etc.

The rechtspfleger (official with limited jurisdictional competence)

The technologies: the development of the information technology (eventually, telematic trial and electronic filing)

Projects in progress

The project will develop in more phases:

1. Harvest of the data in the language of the country of origin. The transmission of the text also in other European languages it would facilitate the assignment of the reception office.
2. Translation of the texts reached in five languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian.
3. Comparative study of synthesis.
4. Press on cd rom in pdf format (to allow possible individual press).
